According to the agreement, 14 companies including Dongyin Holdings, the main entity of the restructuring plan to invest 188 million shares of Jiangsu Nonghua Smart Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd. to establish the New East Bank Group. The restructuring investors bought 70% of the shares in the New Eastern Bank Group from the restructuring entity, and the creditors held 30% of the shares in the New Eastern Bank Group.
