All prerequisites have been met and completed and implemented on December 15, 2025 in accordance with the terms of the acquisition agreement. According to the acquisition agreement, the Company has officially allotted and issued consideration shares (i.e. 94.069,500 shares) to the seller (or its nominee under the acquisition agreement) at the issue price of HK$4.89 per share.
