According to the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Statistics, in January-November, the sales area of newly built commercial housing in the city was 8.948 million square meters, a year-on-year decrease of 4.6%. Among them, residential sales area was 6.18 million square meters, a decrease of 6.9%; office buildings were 537,000 square meters, a decrease of 14.5%; and commercial housing was 450,000 square meters, a decrease of 15.8%.
