On February 17, 2023, Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Notice No. 235/QD-BCT of February 13, 2023, making a positive final ruling on the case, deciding to levy 21.4% anti-dumping duties on Chinese chairs and their accessories, and imposing 35.2% anti-dumping duties on Chinese tables and accessories; at the same time, a negative anti-dumping final ruling was made on the products involved in the case originating in Malaysia, and decided to terminate the anti-dumping investigation against the products involved in the case and not implement anti-dumping measures; the Vietnamese tax codes for the products involved in the case were 9401.31.00, 9401.39.00, 9401.41.00, 9401.49.00, 9401.61.00, 9401.69.90, 9401.71.00, 9401.71.00, 9401.79.90, 9401.80.00, and 9403.30.00; the measures will take effect from February 13, 2023.
