Beidahuang, China (00039): Ke Xionghan and Li Jianli were elected or re-elected as executive directors

According to the Zhitong Finance App, China's Beidahuang (00039) issued an announcement that Mr. Chen Chen has been removed from the position of executive director; and Ms. Cheng Juan has been removed from the position of independent non-executive director. Mr. Ko Xiong Han and Mr. Li Jianli have been elected or re-elected (as appropriate) as executive directors; Ms Ho Wing-yan and Ms Tan Haixia have been elected or re-elected (as appropriate) as non-executive directors; Mr Chan Chi Fung, Ms Lai Pik Chi and Mr Cheng Yu-chun have been elected or re-elected (as the case may be) as independent non-executive directors.

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Mr. Chan Chi-fung continues to serve as a member of the Company's Nomination Committee, Company Remuneration Committee and Company Audit Committee, while Ms Lai Pik-chi continues to serve as a member of the Company's Audit Committee. Since Ms. Cheng Juan was removed from the position of independent non-executive director of the company, she is no longer a member of the company's audit committee.
