Recently, the China Property Management Association approved the “Smart Parking Management Code” (T/CPMI 030-2025) group standard and officially released. As one of the main drafting units of the standard, Shandong Kaidi Network Information Technology Co., Ltd. (“Shandong Kaidi”), a subsidiary of the group, participated deeply in the preparation of the entire process of research, framework construction, content writing, and verification revisions of the “Intelligent Parking Lot Management Specification”.

The preparation was organized and reviewed by the Standardization Construction Professional Committee of the China Property Management Association, bringing together the expertise of organizations in various fields such as property management, smart technology, and research institutes. With its technical accumulation and practical experience in the field of property management informatization, Shandong Kaidi provided important technical support for the scientific nature, practicality and industry adaptability of the standard.
