The notice includes Kweichow Moutai's medium- to long-term structural reforms in 2026, stating that it will immediately suspend distribution of all Maotai products to dealers until January 1, 2026, resume before the Spring Festival, depending on the situation, and stipulates that “Flying Moutai ships less than 1,650 yuan will be immediately disqualified as dealers.” On December 15, the Maotai side stated that “this document is fake.”
