In the early morning of December 15, the “Hailong Yongshun” container ship, which sailed from Wuhu Port in Anhui, arrived at Yangshan Phase III pier in Shanghai, loaded with new-energy vehicles that had just left the factory. This marked the opening of the “Wuhu-Shanghai” route for NEV exports built through multi-party collaboration. In recent years, export demand for new energy vehicles in the Yangtze River Delta region has shown a strong growth trend. In order to better help enterprises develop and establish a new river-sea intermodal transport channel for new energy vehicles to sail overseas, Shanghai and Anhui actively collaborated to jointly launch this new initiative in the context of building a multimodal transport center in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.
