In November 2025, production and sales of passenger cars reached 3.144 million units and 3.037 million units, respectively, up 5% and 2.6% month-on-month, and 1.1% and 1.2% year-on-year, respectively. According to an analysis by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, in November, the company's production and supply side continued to maintain a relatively fast pace, and passenger car sales all achieved year-on-month growth on a high base. Since the “two new” policies have been suspended in many places, the terminal market sales performance in the past two months has been average, and the industry is looking forward to next year's policy direction being clarified as soon as possible.

From January to November 2025, passenger car production and sales reached 27.388 million units and 27.256 million units, respectively, up 12% and 11.5% year-on-year, respectively.

In November 2025, among the main types of passenger cars, compared with the previous month, production and sales of basic passenger cars (sedans) and sports multi-purpose passenger vehicles (SUVs) increased to varying degrees. Multi-purpose passenger vehicle (MPV) production increased slightly, sales volume declined slightly, and cross-passenger vehicle production declined markedly and sales increased by double digits; compared with the same period last year, production and sales of basic passenger cars (sedans) and sports multi-purpose passenger vehicles (SUVs) showed a slight increase. Production and sales declined to varying degrees.

From January to November 2025, among the main types of passenger cars, compared with the same period last year, production and sales of the four major passenger car categories all increased to varying degrees. Among them, the production and sales growth rate of cross-type passenger cars was the most significant.

In November 2025, domestic sales of passenger cars were 2,414,000 units, up 1% from the previous month and down 6.5% from the previous year.

From January to November 2025, domestic sales of passenger cars were 21.86 million units, an increase of 9.8% over the previous year.

In November 2025, 624,000 passenger cars were exported, up 9.1% month-on-month and 48.7% year-on-year.

From January to November 2025, passenger car exports were 5.397 million units, an increase of 19.4% over the previous year.
