According to the Zhitong Finance App, Hesheng Innovation Group (00754) announced that for the 11 months ended November 30, 2025, the total contract sales amount of the group and its joint ventures and associated companies was approximately RMB 14.270 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 8.91%; of these, property contract sales were approximately RMB 12.785 billion; and renovation contract sales were approximately RMB 1,485 billion. For the single month of November 2025, the total contract sales amount of the Group and its joint ventures and associated companies was approximately RMB 1,105 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 1.87%; of these, property contract sales were approximately RMB 1,066 million; and renovation contract sales were approximately RMB 39 million. For the 11 months ended November 30, 2025, the Group and its joint ventures had a property contract sales area of approximately 541,358 square meters, and the average sales price of the property contract was approximately RMB 23,620 per square meter.

For the 11 months ended November 30, 2025, the total contract sales area of non-self-invested properties built and managed by the Group and its joint ventures under the “Hop Sang” brand was approximately 55,438 square meters, and the contract sales amount was approximately RMB 4.887 billion. For the single month of November 2025, the Group, its joint ventures and associated companies contracted a sales area of about 1,961 square meters of property managed by Hop Sen, and the contract sales amount was approximately RMB 181 million.
