According to the Zhitong Finance App, Pinus (300723.SZ) announced that the US company Arthrosi received the relevant terms of the agreement issued by Sobi US. Sobi US plans to acquire 100% of Arthrosi's shares with a down payment of US$950 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 6.713 billion) and clinical, registration and sales milestone payments of up to US$550 million (equivalent to approximately RMB 3,887 million). The above transaction requires approval from Arthrosi's shareholders' meeting. After the transaction is completed, the company will no longer hold shares in Arthrosi.
