The “Guidelines” clearly state that data asset management covers the entire process of asset ledger preparation, registration, authorized operation, revenue distribution, transaction circulation and disposal. Through an intuitive “chart+text” format, the “Guidelines” explain specific operation steps and requirements in sections. At the same time, establish supervision and risk prevention and control mechanisms, strengthen data security and risk control throughout the process, and protect the standardized management of data assets.
