According to the requirements of the Ministry of Commerce Notice No. 68 of 2025 “2026-2027 State Trading Conditions and Application Procedures for Tungsten, Antimony, and Silver Export State-owned Trading Enterprises”, the Ministry of Commerce has reviewed the materials submitted by new companies applying for 2026-2027 tungsten, antimony, and silver export state-owned trade qualifications. During the application period, a total of 16 enterprises submitted application materials for tungsten export state-owned trade qualifications. After review, 14 of them were qualified enterprises and met the requirements of the announcement; 1 newly declared enterprise met the requirements of the announcement; and 1 newly declared enterprise did not meet the requirements of the announcement. A total of 14 enterprises submitted application materials for antimony export state-owned trade qualifications. After review, 11 of them were qualified enterprises and met the requirements of the announcement; 3 newly declared enterprises did not meet the requirements of the announcement. A total of 50 enterprises have submitted application materials for the state-owned trade qualification for silver exports. After review, 34 of them were qualified enterprises. Of these, 32 met the requirements of the announcement, 2 did not meet the requirements of the announcement; of the 16 newly declared companies, 12 met the requirements of the announcement, and 4 did not meet the requirements of the announcement. The list of companies that have passed the review will now be announced. The publicity period is from December 12 to 18, 2025. During the publicity period, those who have objections to the public list may submit a review to the Ministry of Commerce.
