The Zhitong Finance App learned that according to the Midland Rent Trend Chart, the average rent per square foot of private housing calculated in November was about HK$38.77, up about 0.15% from the previous month, and is only one step away from the historical high reached in September this year. Midland Property analyst Shen Songqian believes that in the first 11 months of this year, rents have increased by about 2.92%.

According to the November square foot rent analysis of the top ten housing estates, the month-on-month changes were mixed. The average rent per square foot for 4 houses rose month-on-month, fell for 4, and remained flat for the remaining 2.

If rent is calculated for the first 11 months of this year, 7 housing estates in the top ten housing estates rose, indicating that the trend in square meters during the year was mainly higher.
