After the transfer, Liao Xuejin's shareholding ratio dropped to 23.15%, Liao Zhehong's shareholding ratio was 16.28%, and Liao Beijun's shareholding ratio was 11.57%. This change in equity will not lead to a change in the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company; the actual controller of the company is still Liao Xuejin.
