China Security Energy (02399) plans to discount about 19.12% and issue a total of 524 million shares to raise about HK$288.2 million

According to Zhitong Finance App, China Security Energy (02399) announced that on December 12, 2025, the company plans to allocate and issue a total of 524 million subscription shares to 31 subscribers, accounting for about 14.68% of the issued share capital of the company expanded through allotment and issuance of subscribed shares. The subscription price was HK$0.55 per subscription share, a discount of approximately 19.12% from the closing price of HK$0.68 per share on December 12. Upon completion, the total proceeds from the subscription will be approximately HK$288.4 million and the net proceeds from the subscription will be approximately HK$288.2 million. It is anticipated that the net proceeds from these subscriptions will be used for business development, debt repayment and general working capital.
