Chen Dezhu, the main shareholder of China Energy Storage Technology Development (01143), sold a total of 51.76 million shares of the company

According to Zhitong Finance App, China Energy Storage Technology Development (01143) announced that the company's main shareholder, Mr. Chen Dezhu (seller), notified the company on December 12, 2025 (after the trading session) that it had sold a total of 51.76 million shares of the company to Fame Castle Enterprises Limited (buyer), a limited company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, which is equivalent to about 23.1% of the shares issued on the date of this announcement.

The buyer is an investment holding company, which is wholly owned by Mr. Li Jibang, Mr. Wu Jianyuan, Mr. Huang Shixiong and Mr. Tan Jinfang. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Li Jibang, Mr. Wu Jianyuan, Mr. Huang Shixiong and Mr. Tan Jinfang are all directors of the Company's wholly-owned subsidiaries.

Following the completion of the transfer, (a) the seller no longer holds any interest in shares and is no longer a major shareholder of the company; and (b) the buyer already holds 53 million shares (equivalent to approximately 23.6% of the shares issued on the date of this announcement) and has become the main shareholder of the company.
