Teda Biotech (08189): Li Xueying and Wang Yongkang will retire as company directors

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Teda Biotech (08189) announced that Ms. Li Xueying, non-executive director, and Mr. Wang Yongkang, an independent non-executive director, will retire when the Special General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company approves the appointment of the 9th board of directors. Mr. Wang Yongkang will also retire as a member of the Remuneration Committee and Chairman, a member of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.

In view of these retirements, the board of directors recommended: nominating Mr. Yang Zeng as an executive director for the 9th board of directors; nominating Mr. Xia Ruizhe as an executive director for the 9th board of directors; nominating Mr. Wang Lei as a non-executive director for the 9th board of directors; and nominating Mr. Chen Jiang as an independent non-executive director of the 9th board of directors (recommended for board appointment).
