The Gansu Securities Regulatory Bureau issued a decision to issue a warning letter against the Gansu branch of China Post Savings Bank Co., Ltd. After investigation, the Gansu Branch of the Postbank failed to include investors' long-term investment income in the branch and fund sales personnel assessment index system, in violation of Article 30 (1) of the “Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Publicly Raised Securities Investment Fund Sales Agencies”. It was decided to take administrative supervision measures to issue a warning letter against the Gansu branch of the Postbank and register it in the securities and futures market integrity file.
