Jincheng Pharmaceutical (300233.SZ) actual controller Zhao Yeqing received an administrative penalty decision

Zhitong Finance App News, Jincheng Pharmaceutical (300233.SZ) announced that on December 10, 2025, the company received a notice from the actual controller, Mr. Zhao Yeqing, and received the “Administrative Penalty Decision” from the China Securities Regulatory Commission. According to the announcement, from August 18, 2017 to February 10, 2020, Zhao Yeqing, Wang Zhen, and Liu Feng jointly manipulated the “Jincheng Pharmaceutical” stock. Among them, Zhao Yeqing is the decision maker of the manipulative act, Wang Zhen is the main perpetrator of the manipulative act, and Liu Feng is the secondary performer of the manipulative act.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission decided: 1. According to section 203 of the 2005 Securities Law, Zhao Yeqing, Wang Zhen, and Liu Feng were fined 3 million yuan. Of these, Zhao Yeqing paid 1.5 million yuan, Wang Zhen paid 1.2 million yuan, and Liu Feng 300,000 yuan. 2. According to section 233 of the 2005 Securities Law and the provisions of section 3 (1), (7), and (5) of the “Securities Market Prohibition Regulations” (Securities Regulatory Commission Order No. 115), a four-year market ban was imposed on Zhao Yeqing; a three-year market ban was imposed on Wang Zhen.
