03:03 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- BofA Global Research said Wednesday it sees rising clarity on "substantial" long-term profit growth for Siemens Energy (ENR.F) after the German energy technology company's US peer GE Vernova raised its multiyear financial outlook. "We think ENR's valuation suggests investors see earnings peaking by 2030, but we see rising long-term visibility & forecast a 6% 2030-35E profit [compound annual growth rate] even if Gas [original equipment] pricing rolls over," BofA said in a report released after GE Vernova, Siemens Energy's closest peer, held its investor day event. The research firm said the core takeaways from the investor event affirmed its view that the market continues to "significantly" underappreciate the strength and longevity of Siemens Energy's earnings growth. Analysts added that GE Vernova's new full-year 2028 margin outlook is still "conservative" and suggests potential upside for Siemens Energy's latest 2028 targets. Siemens Energy's buy rating and price target of 118.45 euros were maintained, with BofA adding that the German company is part of its "25 stocks for 2026" and Europe 1 top ideas lists.
