NCC Group Swings to FY25 Attributable Profit; Revenue Down

02:45 AM EST, 12/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- NCC Group (NCC.L) said Thursday it swung to a profit for fiscal 2025 while revenue fell year over year. Profit attributable to shareholders for the 12 months ended Sept. 30 was 17.1 million pounds sterling, compared with a loss of 32.5 million pounds earlier. EPS came in at 0.055 pound from a loss per share of 0.104 pound. The British cybersecurity company's revenue was 305.4 million pounds, compared with 429.5 million pounds a year ago. Meanwhile, the board proposed a final dividend of 0.0315 pound per share, payable April 10, 2026, to shareholders on record March 13, 2026. It paid 0.0315 pound per share in the year-ago period. This takes the full-year dividend to 0.0615 pound per share, unchanged from a year ago.
