According to Zhitong Finance App News, Qiu Tai Technology (01478) announced that in November 2025, sales of mobile phone camera modules were 38.53 million units, down 13.6% from the previous month and 5.6% from the previous year. The total number of camera modules sold was 41.755 million, a decrease of 11.9% month-on-month and an increase of 0.4% year-on-year. The total number of fingerprint recognition modules sold was 17.795 million units, a decrease of 3.4% month-on-month and 8.8% year-on-year.

According to the announcement, sales volume of camera module products declined month-on-month, mainly due to the impact of customer project cycles and seasonal factors. The sales volume of camera module products in other fields increased significantly year-on-year, mainly due to the increasing popularity of new electronic products such as handheld imaging devices and the increasing number of camera modules used in intelligent driving solutions. As a result, the Group's sales volume of camera modules used in the Internet of Things (IoT) and smart cars increased significantly year on year. The sharp year-on-year increase in sales volume of ultrasonic fingerprint recognition module products is mainly due to the continuous increase in the industry penetration rate of domestic ultrasonic fingerprint recognition modules.
