Cohort's Fiscal H1 Profit Falls; Revenue Up

02:32 AM EST, 12/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cohort (CHRT.L) said Wednesday that its profit in the fiscal first half dropped, while revenue jumped year over year. Profit attributable to equity shareholders of the parent for the six months ended Oct. 31 was 6.1 million pounds sterling, compared with 7.1 million pounds a year ago. EPS moved to 0.1314 pound from 0.1734 pound. The British technology group's revenue was 128.8 million pounds, compared with 118.2 million pounds earlier. Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.058 pound per share for the period, payable on Feb. 17, 2026, to shareholders of record on Jan. 9, 2026. It paid 0.0525 pound per share a year ago. For fiscal 2026, the group reiterated its outlook for adjusted operating profit, revenue, and adjusted EPS.
