The Shenzhen Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange officially launched a pilot project on green foreign debt business. On the first working day after the pilot, three Shenzhen enterprises completed green foreign exchange registration services at the Bank of China Shenzhen Branch and China Merchants Bank Shenzhen Branch, respectively, with a total contract amount exceeding 170 million yuan. According to information, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange decided to launch the first batch of green foreign debt business pilot projects. The Shenzhen Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange was the first batch of pilot branches, and the “Shenzhen Green Foreign Debt Pilot Business Guidelines” will be implemented on December 6, 2025.
