According to the general authorization to repurchase H shares approved by the company's shareholders at the company's annual shareholders' meeting held on April 23, 2025, the company intends to further purchase back the company's H shares in the open market from time to time, with a cumulative purchase amount of no more than HK$200 million (the final amount is subject to the amount approved by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange). According to the repurchase authorization, the maximum number of H shares approved for repurchase by the company was 24.937,800 H shares, accounting for 10% of the total number of H shares issued on the date of the annual shareholders' meeting (excluding treasury shares). As of the date of this announcement, the Company has obtained a total of 4.446 million H shares in the previous share repurchase round under the repurchase authorization, accounting for 17.83% of the maximum number of H shares approved for repurchase of 24.937,800 under the repurchase authorization. The share repurchase will be funded by the company's internal resources.
