The Bank of Gansu announced on December 8 that the bank recently received approval from the Gansu Regulatory Bureau of the State Administration of Financial Supervision and Administration. The Supervisory Authority has approved Li Chun's qualification as a non-executive director of the Bank of Gansu. The board of directors of the Bank of Gansu hereby announces that Li Chun will serve as a non-executive director of the bank from December 4, 2025 until the end of the term of office of the fourth board of directors of the bank. At the end of his term of office, he can be re-elected. Li Chun will also serve as a member of the Board's Consumer Rights Protection Committee.
