The shareholding structure of Ningbo City Investment, the controlling shareholder of the company, is to be changed. The controlling shareholder of Ningbo City Investment was changed from Ningbo Commerce Holding Group Co., Ltd. to the Ningbo State-owned Assets Administration Commission. The actual controller is still the Ningbo State-owned Assets Administration Commission, and there has been no change.
