Promote state-owned enterprises in Xiamen to develop business with Taiwan; deepen the reform of state-owned state-owned enterprises, strengthen, improve and expand state-owned enterprises and state-owned capital, continue to promote the optimization of the layout and structural adjustment of the state-owned economy, enhance the core functions of state-owned enterprises, and enhance their core competitiveness. Encourage state-owned enterprises to actively develop the global industrial chain supply chain layout and participate deeply in the construction and operation of major infrastructure, financial and data security systems.
