Zenith Energy Raises GBP4 Million from New Shares Issuance

12:10 AM EST, 12/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Zenith Energy (ZENA.OL, ZEN.L) raised 3.7 million pounds sterling from its issuance of 100,892,105 new shares, according to a Monday release. The offering to new and existing investors comprised an issuance of 84,157,162 common shares in Norway at 0.4662 Norwegian krone per share and 13,513,514 common shares in the UK at 0.0333 pound apiece. The energy production and development company also issued 3,221,429 new shares to brokers. Zenith intends to use proceeds from the issuance to finance two applications for uranium exploration permits in Italy, construction of its first solar production asset in the country's Puglia region, costs related to its legal battle with Tunisia, and as general working capital.
