Furthermore, JKN has not yet submitted and disclosed publicly the rectified financial statements for the year 2023 which was instructed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), nor has it submitted its financial statements for the year 2024 up to the present. -SET will not apply the daily price limits (Ceiling & Floor), the Dynamic Price Band rule, and the Auto Pause to the trading of JKN securities on December 18, 2025 which is the first trading day. In the event that there is no trading on the securities of JKN on December 18, 2025, SET will not specify the Ceiling and Floor prices, the Dynamic Price Band rule, and the Auto Pause continuously until the trading of such securities occurs.
