On December 6, local time, Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammed said that only when Israel completely withdraws its troops from the Gaza Strip and the local situation stabilizes can the cease-fire in Gaza be truly complete, but so far this goal has not been achieved. He said that negotiations on the second phase of the cease-fire agreement in Gaza are at a critical juncture, and Qatar and other mediators are working hard to push the relevant parties to begin relevant negotiations as soon as possible.
