On December 5, the 2025 Shenzhen Global Investment Promotion Conference was held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. At the event, the Shenzhen Bao'an District Government and Sailcon Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lingyi Intelligent Manufacturing, formally signed a cooperation framework agreement. According to the agreement, the Bao'an District Government will list Sellcon's capital increase and production expansion layout project in Shenzhen as a key project to provide an international business environment and services to help enterprises develop steadily. Selcon, on the other hand, will integrate superior resources, increase investment in the form of foreign investment, expand the scale of smart factories, set up innovative R&D centers for high-value artificial intelligence hardware, lay out manufacturing lines for soft bags such as mobile phones, headsets, and smart wearables, build a new war industrial base linking the Bay Area and radiating the world, and promote the high-end, intelligent, and green transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry in Bao'an District and even Shenzhen.
