  • Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. announced the election of Jon Bortz to the company’s Board of Directors, and the retirement of Jonathan Glaser, both effective Dec. 2. Bortz is the founder, chairman & CEO of Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, which he launched in 2009. 
  • Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. has appointed David Stockert to its board of directors, effective Jan. 1, 2026. He is a general partner of Sweetwater Opportunity Funds, a series of Atlanta-based private real estate investment funds, a position he has held since 2019.  
  • Bridge Housing hired Lisa Laffer as COO and general counsel to strengthen its operations, lead its legal and compliance functions and support its next phase of growth across the West Coast. Laffer previously worked for Regent Properties, where she served as principal, general counsel and chief compliance officer. 
  • IMPACT Community Capital, an institutional investment manager and affordable housing debt pioneer, said that president and CIO Michael Lohmeier will become CEO effective Jan. 1, 2026. Lohmeier succeeds Jeff Brenner, who has served as IMPACT’s CEO for over eight years and will retire from his day-to-day operational role, transitioning to a consulting position with the firm. 
  • Cain, the privately held investment-management firm led by Jonathan Goldstein, has appointed consultant Bob Graziano as chief strategy advisor, focusing on the advancement of One Beverly Hills as part of Cain’s global luxury investment platform. Graziano recently retired as vice chairman of JPMorgan Chase. He brings extensive experience building high-performing teams and managing high-stakes projects, drawing on 18 years with the Los Angeles Dodgers, where he served as president and COO. 
  • The J. Paul Getty Trust has appointed Machelle Vieux as VP, facilities operations and capital planning. Vieux has served as associate VP of facilities services at the University of Chicago since 2023. She will begin at Getty on Jan. 5, 2026. 
  • Yardi has launched Yardi MH Manager, a purpose-built software solution designed to meet the operational needs of large-scale manufactured housing communities. It offers intuitive dashboards, mobile capabilities, real-time reporting and seamless integration with other Yardi solutions for marketing, CRM, screening, energy, procurement and construction.
