McHugh Construction announced four promotions and the addition of a new project engineer. The newly promoted team members include Jeanne Bartels, who has been elevated to senior project manager; Kyle Jennings, who has been promoted to project manager; Michael Sinickas, who has been named project manager; and Kasey Bethea, who is now assistant superintendent. In addition to the promotions, McHugh also recently hired Chelsea Hoff as a project engineer.

The Cook County Land Bank Authority appointed Michael Davidson and Jennifer Parks to its Board of Directors. As leaders in Chicago’s nonprofit and civic sectors, Davidson and Parks will play a key role in strengthening the Land Bank’s mission to equip local developers, community groups, small business owners, municipalities and potential homeowners.

JLL announced the appointment of Amanda Brimmer as CFO, Leasing Advisory and Head of Corporate Development. Reporting to JLL CFO Kelly Howe, Brimmer will partner with business leaders globally to drive financial growth and performance. She will also lead the identification and execution of strategic growth opportunities to strengthen JLL’s market leadership position.

Milhaus has added three senior executives to its regional leadership team. Ephraim E. Grubbs, III, joins as the Vice President of Construction, Alfred Rembowski as Vice President of Development for Florida and Christin Tenpenny joins as Vice President of Operations for Property Management.

Essex Three-Twelve, LLC announced the addition of Mitir Patel as a Director. Mitir brings a unique blend of investment experience, operational insight, and deep neighborhood-level familiarity that strengthens the firm’s ability to serve Chicago’s 3–12-unit multifamily market.

Kiser Group announced the promotions of Jacob Price and Katie LeGrand from Advisors to Directors. Since joining Kiser Group in 2022, Price has built strong, trusted relationships with owners and investors across Chicago’s North Side market. LeGrand came to Kiser Group after more than a decade in sales and marketing—and quickly made her mark.

Henricksen announced that Gina Parker has been appointed as Director of Healthcare Strategy. With over fifteen years of combined experience across healthcare interiors, project management, and strategic market development, Parker will play a crucial role in guiding growth across the firm’s healthcare vertical while strengthening its position as a trusted partner to health systems across the country.

Time Equities, Inc. announced that 1000M was recently named a winner of the American Architecture Award. The award recognises the best new architecture in the United States, highlighting projects that elevate civic life, contribute meaningfully to the urban context, and represent the highest level of design. 1000M is a new 73-story ultra-luxury rental tower located on Michigan Avenue, and the project features 738 apartments as well as 80,000 square feet of luxe community spaces.
