Country Garden (02007): Executive Director and CEO Mo Bin reassigned as Co-Chairman

Zhitong Finance App News, Country Garden (02007) issued an announcement. Mr. Mo Bin (Mr. Mo), the company's executive director and president, was reassigned from the company's president to co-chairman, effective December 4, 2025. He will continue to serve as the company's executive director. The chairman, Ms. Yeung Wai-yin (Ms. Yeung), will continue to be responsible for leading the board of directors and supervising the operation of the board, and will perform the role of chairman with respect to the company's articles of association, Appendix C1 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited Securities Listing Rules, and the Listing Rules.

Mr. Mo has also resigned as a member of the company's remuneration committee, effective December 4, 2025. In view of the above transfer, immediately after that, Mr. Mo no longer acted as an authorized representative of the company under section 3.05 of the company's listing rules, effective December 4, 2025.

Dr. Cheng Guangyu (Dr. Cheng), the company's executive director, was appointed as the company's president. Dr. Cheng was also appointed as a member and authorized representative of the Company's Remuneration Committee. All appointments will take effect from December 4, 2025. In view of the above authorized representative change, Mr. Roger, the company's joint company secretary, was transferred from Mr. Mo's authorized representative's replacement (alternate authorized representative) under section 3.06 (2) of the listing rules to replace Dr. Cheng's authorized representative with effect from December 4, 2025.
