The Bank of China announced that after completing the issuance of 27.825 billion A-shares to specific targets, the Bank submitted an application to the State Financial Supervisory Administration to change the registered capital. Recently, the Bank received the “Approval from the State Financial Supervisory Administration on the Bank of China's Change of Registered Capital”, and the State Financial Supervisory Administration agreed to increase the Bank's registered capital by RMB 27.825 billion, from RMB 294.388 billion to RMB 322.212 billion.
