The “Implementation Opinions” clarify the general requirements for high-quality development of “artificial intelligence+civil aviation”, adhere to the general principles of “innovation-driven, safe and controllable, demand-oriented, scenario enabling, foundation first, key breakthroughs, system layout, and collaborative promotion”, and further promote AI innovation to empower the development of the industry. The “Implementation Opinions” suggest that by 2027, it will be the first to achieve integrated development of artificial intelligence and civil aviation safety, operation, travel, logistics, planning and construction, etc., and the construction of the core supporting elements of civil aviation artificial intelligence will see initial results; by 2030, artificial intelligence and civil aviation will be widely and deeply integrated, and the civil aviation artificial intelligence governance system and safety guarantee system will be gradually improved, and artificial intelligence will become a powerful engine for the high-quality development of civil aviation.
