The relevant departments of the SAR government will immediately contact the various project contractors to monitor the implementation of the takedown requirements. If individual projects cannot be completed on schedule due to special reasons, they must be reported to the competent authorities in advance, and only after reasonable review can they be accommodated. Furthermore, the Buildings Department is expected to issue new operating guidelines next week, requiring all shed materials to be sampled on site and tested by a designated inspection agency before they can be reinstalled and used.
