South Korea's Ministry of Industry, Trade and Resources said on Thursday that exports will reach a record high in 2025 due to the strong performance of major export projects such as semiconductors, automobiles, and ships. In the first 11 months of this year, South Korea's exports reached 640.2 billion US dollars, surpassing the 2022 annual record of 628.7 billion US dollars. Exports for the whole of this year are expected to exceed $700 billion for the first time.
