In ten years, it has been iteratively upgraded from 1.0 to version 8.0, and the transaction scale has increased more than 725 times. In 2015, the 1.0 version of Bank of Gansu Mobile Banking was released. At the time, the number of customers was less than 30,000, and the annual transaction amount was only 320 million yuan. Despite the hardships, the original intention was firm.

Over the past ten years, along with the popularity of mobile internet and the rise in fintech, Bank of Gansu mobile banking users has increased exponentially, making it one of the most widely used local financial apps. By the end of October this year, the number of mobile banking customers reached 4.32 million, an increase of 144 times over 2015, with monthly active customers exceeding 1.1 million. The amount of mobile banking transactions reached 234.4 billion yuan in the first 10 months.

Livelihood service functions continue to improve, covering more than 100 convenience payments such as social security, medical insurance, provident funds, traffic fines, water, electricity, and heating. Inclusive Finance has launched products such as “Longying Express Loan,” “Huinong Express Loan,” and “Xiaowei e-Loan,” serving more than 1 million micro, small and medium-sized enterprises and farmers.

In September 2024, Bank of Gansu became the first batch of local banks in China and the first in the province to launch Hongmeng's native application, adding innovative interactions such as “small cards” and “touch”, leading innovative cases of deep integration between finance and domestic operating systems.

Today, the three personalized versions of Bank of Gansu Mobile Banking can be freely switched. The standard version meets the general needs of all users.
