240 S. Kresson St. in Southeast Baltimore City recently sold for $3.95 million to an undisclosed national real estate investor. The site features a 10,000-square-foot modern drive-thru maintenance facility and more than two acres of outdoor storage, making it ideal for industrial operations.

Apple Valley Waste occupies the property with a long-term lease in place. Apple Valley Waste provides waste management services in the area. Its industrial zoning and excellent access to major interstates provide a strategic advantage for businesses to optimize logistics and operations in the Baltimore metropolitan area.

Gold and Company Senior Vice President Jim Chivers, along with Will McCullough and John Roe, facilitated the sale of the property. “Finding properties in Baltimore with both outdoor storage and modern maintenance facilities is becoming very difficult. The strong interest we saw in this property proves that national investors are still aggressively buying good industrial assets,” said Chivers.
