Delice International (00333): Frederic Robert Francis Lemoine appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director

According to Zhitong Finance App News, Delice International (00333) announced that Mr. Leung Ying-wah retired as an independent non-executive director at the end of the annual shareholders' meeting due to his retirement age and desire to spend more time with his family.

Frederic Robert Francis Lemoine was approved at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be appointed as an independent non-executive director of the company to fill the vacancy of Mr. Leung's retirement.

The following matters took effect at the end of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: after Mr. Leung retired as an independent non-executive director, he ceased to serve as Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee; Mr. Dai Lin was reassigned as Chairman of the Audit Committee; and Mr. Lemoine was appointed as a member of the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee respectively.
