The Zhitong Finance App learned that on December 3, the head of the Department of Trade and Services of the Ministry of Commerce introduced the development of trade in services from January to October 2025. From January to October 2025, China's trade in services grew steadily, with a total import and export volume of services of 6584.43 billion yuan (RMB, same below), an increase of 7.5% over the previous year. Among them, exports amounted to 299.03 billion yuan, an increase of 14.3%; imports amounted to 367.54 billion yuan, an increase of 2.6%; and trade in services deficit of 766.37 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 269.39 billion yuan.
