Among them, exports amounted to 299.03 billion yuan, an increase of 14.3%; imports amounted to 367.54 billion yuan, an increase of 2.6%; and trade in services deficit of 766.37 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 269.39 billion yuan. It mainly shows the following characteristics: trade in knowledge-intensive services continues to grow. From January to October, imports and exports of knowledge-intensive services amounted to 2512.15 billion yuan, an increase of 6.4%. Among them, imports and exports of other commercial services, telecommunication computers and information services amounted to 1069.81 billion yuan and 883.69 billion yuan, with growth rates of 4.2% and 9.9% respectively. Exports of knowledge-intensive services amounted to 1468.79 billion yuan, an increase of 9.5%; imports of knowledge-intensive services amounted to 1043.36 billion yuan, an increase of 2.3%; surplus of 425.43 billion yuan, an increase of 103.6 billion yuan over the same period last year. Exports of travel services are growing rapidly. From January to October, travel services grew rapidly, with imports and exports reaching 1812.54 billion yuan, an increase of 8.5%. Among them, exports increased by 52.5% and imports increased by 2.3%.
