According to the news, Haotian International Construction Investment recently announced that it will place 249 million new shares at HK$0.118 per share, a slight premium of 0.85% over the closing price of the previous trading day. The net proceeds from the placement of HK$28.7 million are intended to expand the licensed corporate financing and securities lending business. The company's interim results showed revenue of HK$41 million, a year-on-year decrease of 52.33%; losses attributable to the owners of the company were HK$36 million, a decrease of 49.3% year-on-year. The decrease in revenue was mainly due to the overall improvement in customer liquidity in the current stock market environment during this period, and demand for guaranteed financial services declined.
