Feishang Anthracite (01738): Lin Haiqi was appointed as company secretary

According to Zhitong Finance App, Feishang Anthracite (01738) issued an announcement, effective from December 2, 2025: Ms. Lin Haiqi was appointed as the company secretary. Mr. Chen Qian has resigned as an independent non-executive director due to other business needs and personal matters. After Mr. Chen resigned, he also ceased to serve as the chairman of the Company's Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee and Nomination Committee. Mr. Tam Cheuk-ho and Mr. Wong Wah On are no longer chairmen of the Company's Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee respectively. On the same day, the chairman of the board of directors, Mr. Li Zongyang, was appointed as the chairman of the company's nomination committee, and Mr. Wang Xiufeng was appointed as the chairman of the company's remuneration committee.
