On December 2, the Russian State Duma approved an intergovernmental agreement on procedures for exchanging troops and some military equipment between Russia and India to enter each other's territory. The agreement stipulates the procedure for the two countries to exchange troops, warships, and military aircraft to each other's territory, as well as the organization of material and technical support between the two sides.
