According to Zhitong Finance App, Bank of China Gold Rental (01606) announced that the company, as the buyer, signed a product purchase agreement with the seller Shandong Zhisuo Information Technology Co., Ltd. on November 26, 2025. Based on this, the seller agreed to sell to the buyer and the buyer agreed to buy the subject of the procurement, the total cost was RMB 1,108 billion.

The subject of the procurement was 1,372 sets of information technology computer equipment. The total assessed value of the subject matter of the procurement was approximately RMB 1,108 billion. The seller does not separately account for pre-tax and after-tax profits of the subject matter of the purchase.
