CITIC Securities (06030) proposes to appoint Zhang Changyi as Executive Director

Zhitong Finance App News, CITIC Securities (06030) announced that Mr. Zhang Lin, a non-executive director of the company, has proposed to the board of directors to resign as a non-executive director and a member of the Board Development Strategy and ESG Committee due to job transfers. After his resignation, Mr. Zhang Lin also did not hold any other positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries. Mr. Zhang Lin's resignation took effect on the day the company's shareholders' meeting elected a new non-executive director. The 40th meeting of the 8th board of directors held on November 24, 2025 reviewed and approved the “Plan on Adding Directors to the Eighth Board of Directors of the Company”. Among them, the board of directors proposed additional appointments: (i) Mr. Zhang Changyi as executive director of the board; (ii) Ms. Li Yi, Mr. Liang Dan and Mr. Zhang Xuejun as non-executive directors of the board of directors; and (iii) Mr. Liu Qiao and Ms. Li Lanbing as independent non-executive directors of the board of directors.
